Terms of use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of Whisk, an early-access desktop design tool and its collaboration and viewing services. By using Whisk, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a team or organization, you must have permission to do so.
Your account
Use accurate account information and an email address you control. Keep your device and sign-in access secure. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account, including connected agents and other tools. Contact us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.
Your work stays yours
You retain your rights to the content you create or upload. You give Whisk the permission needed to host, process, store, and display that content to operate the service and carry out your instructions, including collaboration and sharing. You must have the rights or permission needed for the content you use.
Access to someone else’s file does not transfer ownership of their work. Respect the rights of collaborators and any licenses that apply to their content.
Teams, sharing, and agents
Your role and a file’s permissions determine the actions you can take. Team owners and administrators can manage access to team files. An enabled public link lets anyone holding it view the linked content. You are responsible for the invitations, links, and ownership transfers you authorize.
Connected agents and AI features can change files within the permissions you give them. Review their work before relying on it. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your intended use, and configured providers may have their own terms.
Use Whisk responsibly
Do not use Whisk to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, distribute malicious content, or harass others. Do not bypass access controls, attempt to access files without permission, or deliberately disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security problems, or violations of these terms.
Early access
Whisk is still developing. Features may change, service may be interrupted, and bugs may affect your work. Keep separate copies of work you cannot afford to lose. Local recovery and file history help preserve work but are not a guarantee against data loss.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Leaving Whisk
You can stop using Whisk at any time. For account or hosted-data deletion, contact dev@croc.studio. Team ownership, shared files, and content other people have copied may need to be handled separately. Our privacy page explains how information is used and how to make a request.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current terms and their date will be available on this page. Send questions, support requests, or reports of misuse to dev@croc.studio.
